From September, there will be only one drop-in class per week, taking place on Thursday evenings, but at Red Eric rather than at Yogaspace. Classes will be every week.

Doors open from 6.50 pm locked at 7.30 pm.

Drop-in class, no booking necessary.
Cost: £9/£7/£4 on the door

Bring water to drink, turn up in comfortable clothes, ready to move...all welcome, no experience required

Directions: Red Eric is situated just off Burley Road, a short distance from the city centre (approx 30 mins walk from the train station).

Buses: numbers 18, 49, 50,50a from the city centre travel along Burley Road frequently.

Driving: along Burley Road (from Inner Ring Road or Kirkstall) until you reach Rosebank Primary School... immediately next to the school is Hollis Place. Turn up this short road, to reach the correct part of Westfield Road where you will find Red Eric on your right. Note: if you enter Westfield Road from any other point, you will have to park and walk through to reach Red Eric.

Parking is limited outside and traffic wardens have been spotted giving out tickets to cars on double yellows even at 10 pm - beware! Best to park on Burley Road itself if you're not sure.
